LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS, I wish I did!
On January 12th I placed an order for a $79 cosplay and the sellers briefly discussed with me approximate shipping date which was decided upon February 8th. I waited patiently because 1) it was being custom made and 2) it was around the time of Chinese New Year.
February 7th rolls around and I send a message the night prior asking progress on the outfit just to receive a reply saying they’re out of the fabric needed for the outfit. This frustrated me because what were they working on the entire month I waited if they hadn’t had fabric? Whether it was before, during or after this is something they should’ve informed me of but NOBODY communicated that.
Additionally, they tried to have me pay for extra shipping (I selected the free shipping option) and asked if I’d like to order another costume or be refunded and of COURSE, I immediately requested a refund. I filed a dispute case with them via PayPal since I paid through guest and received my refund 1-2 days after.
I’m partially to blame as I’ve never even heard of these sellers and stupidly brought something since I couldn’t use my usual go to sites for cosplay (Amazon, AliExpress, Miccostumes) but I’m NEVER buying them again and I strongly suggest no one else does either!
The only good thing I can say about them is that they respond fast (1-2 days).

Some of the costumes are unnecessarily overpriced for their simplicity
